There are many opportunities in Celestial Hands to help with our organization.  Here are a few:

  • Volunteer to assist with sewing and/or assembling the kits
  • Donating items needed for the kits or schools
  • Donating money to support the Celestial Hands work

100% of the donated funds go towards making the kits, supporting the sewing center in Uganda, and supplies for Ugandan schools.  The Celestial Hands Board members and all volunteers donate their time for this work.  We have no paid staff.

How You Can Help

One of the skills these women learn is how to sew dolls to be sold to local tourists. These dolls are made from a recycled water bottle and fabric scraps.

Dolls ordered in the USA will be handmade by Lindy Larkin-Price founder. Using African fabrics brought from Uganda.All proceeds benefit the production of feminine hygiene kits.
